Monitoring of Forced Sales

In this section you can see the forced sales that are implemented on a daily basis on ATHEX. For each forced sale the following data of the relevant security are displayed:  

• ATHEX protocol number of the approved application of the Launching Party / Issuer
• Security OASIS code and ISIN code
• The date of the last forced sale transaction
• The start and end date of the forced sale
• The kind of the forced sale
• The initial and the remaining number of fractional shares that are under forced sale
• The status of the forced sale
