ISO / IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System Compliance Certificate
The Athens Exchange Group (ATHEX, ATHEXCLEAR, ATHEXCSD) understands the importance of protecting information and information systems. It has been certified with the ISO27001:2013 Information Security Management System Standard for all its services.
The certification aims to ensure that the Group has defined and implemented sufficient and appropriate technical and organizational measures related to the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of information and information systems.
The scope of ISO27001:2013 certification for the Group is all services provided by the three companies (ATHEX, ATHEXCLEAR, and ATHEXCSD) of the Athens Exchange Group that concern:
- the listing and trading of securities (stocks, bonds, ETFs) and derivatives in the Greek Capital Market and the facilitation of other markets (Cyprus Stock Exchange, Hellenic Energy Market), the flow of reports to the appropriate European authorities, the provision of data services, as well as the routing of trade orders on foreign market securities
- clearing services to counterparties
- the operation of the Hellenic Depository and related services (settlement, registry, tax services, investor services, corporate action services, reporting services, and services for remote General Meetings)
- ancillary IT services, in particular the development and provision of software solutions for the capital market, co-location services and hosting, Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)"

Business Continuity Management System ISO22301:2019 BUSINESS CONTINUITY - Certification
Athens Exchange Group Business Continuity Management System refers to the holistic approach our organization has taken to ensure the continuity of its business functions and operations in case of negative incidents or events that could cause disruption of normal business operation.
The Business Continuity Management System ensures the availability and continuity of all business operations, products and services that Athens Exchange Group provides to its stakeholders.
ATHEXGROUP Business Continuity Management System is compliant with the ISO22301:2019 international standard and holds a valid Accredited Certificate Of Approval by LRQA for this compliance with International Standard, Regulations, Legislation and stakeholders' requirements.

Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015
The Athens Stock Exchange has implemented and applies a Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, for the following services: Electronic Services related to installation, technical administration and operation of PKI infrastructure for the issuance, revocation and renewal of electronic signatures and stamps in a qualified signature creation device, and of certificates of authenticity for websites and machines, acting as a Trust Service Provider.
