The Electronic Book Building (EBB) is a service provided by the ATHEXGROUP to facilitate the capital-raising process through the Exchange. It operates as a centralized capital-raising mechanism integrated into the stock exchange's order routing system. By leveraging the network of ATHEX Members, which includes banks and brokerage firms, and their clients, the service optimizes the flow of liquidity into business proposals of companies seeking financing.
