Notice of Perfonce Technologies' Listing Prospectus Disposition
PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES ANONYMOS ETAIRIA PLIROFORIKIS (or "Company") announces that from 30/7/2024, it will make available to the investing public the listing prospectus approved at the 29/7/2024 meeting of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (or "Listing Prospectus"), which was drawn up by Regulation (E.E.) 2017/1129, delegated Regulations (E.E.) 2019/979 and (E.E.) 2019/980 and the applicable provisions of Law 4706/2020, as applicable, regarding the listing for trading of all 13,968,683 existing Shares of the Company on the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange (or "ATHEX"), by the decision of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders dated 31/1/2024 and the decision of the Board of Directors dated 8/5/2024. Then, simultaneously listing the shares in the Regulated Market, they will be deleted from the Alternative Market of ATHEX.
The expected schedule of the listing of all the Company's shares on the ATHEX is presented as follows:
