After the expiry of the 3rd year after the Issue Date and on each Interest Payment Date up to six (6) months before Final Maturity Date, the Issuer has the right to purchase back any Bond or part thereof at the below prices:

  • On the 7th and the 8th Interest Payment Dates, subject to paying an amount corresponding to the principal thereof (together with accrued interest, Tax Costs and Expenses), and a premium equal to one (1) year's interest per Bond.
  • On the 9th and the 10th Interest Payment Dates, subject to paying an amount corresponding to the principal thereof (together with accrued interest, Tax Costs and Expenses), and a premium equal to 60% of one (1) year's interest per Bond.
  • On the 11th and the 12th Interest Payment Dates, subject to paying an amount corresponding to the principal thereof (together with accrued interest, Tax Costs and Expenses), and a premium equal to 30% of one (1) year's interest per Bond.
  • On the 13th Interest Payment Date, subject to paying an amount corresponding to the principal thereof (together with accrued interest, Tax Costs and Expenses).

Any prepayment shall be at least of an amount of €20m., while the amount of Bonds remaining following each partial prepayment shall not be less than €50m.

Credit Rating    The Company has not requested the assessment of the creditworthiness of the Issuer or the Bonds.
