MLS Innovation Inc. announces that the trade of a total of 6.000.000 common registered titles, each worth € 1,0 issued via private placement, will begin trading in the Fixed Income Alternative Market of the ASE on Thursday 14.09.2017. The specific bond has a high Investment Grade (ICAP) with an annual interest rate of 5,30% and a maturity of five (5) years.
The company estimates that its innovations exceed the Greek borders and can address other markets too, serving the Making Life Simple mission abroad.
Using innovation as a key development tool, MLS has expanded its market share in Tablets as well as in Smartphones in the Greek market. For the first semester of 2017 in Greece, MLS is the No1 Brand in Tablets in both Value and Sales Units. Moreover, in the Smartphones segment there was a significant increase of market share led by MLS "Easy". Additionally, in the Laptops segment, MLS Magic? is the No1 selling Laptop in Greece for the 1st semester of 2017. It's also worth mentioning that MLS's digital assistant MAIC -which is integrated into all MLS devices- has been used 1.67 million times a month by users of MLS devices.
MLS is also developing innovations aimed at international markets that are the result of R&D of its Greek research team. The bond issued, will help in the implementation of the investment plan which the company carries out with methodical and careful steps.

MLS Innovation Inc. . announces that on Thursday 14.09.2017 the trade of a total 6.000.000 common registered titles each worth eur 1,0 issued via private placement will begin in the Fixed Income Alternative Market of the ASE .The above occurred in compliance with the 12.07.2017, 27.07.2017 and 10.08.2017 Board of Directors decisions and the relevant prevailing laws.
The Steering Commitee of the ASE on Tuesday 12.09.2017 approved the trading of the bond in the Fixed Income Alternative Market of the ASE with issue date 31.08.2017.
The starting price of the trading of the bond will be the 100% of the nominal value of each bond eur 1,0.
