Timely, accurate, and transparent communication between a company with publicly traded securities (such as stocks and/or bonds) and its various stakeholders can significantly impact the company’s reputation and market value. In this context, Investor Relations is crucial in balancing the informational needs of the investment community with the company’s regulatory obligations, as well as the communication requirements of the Board of Directors and senior management team.

Purpose

The goal of the seminar is to analyze the structure and complexity of Investor Relations in companies, to highlight the importance of the IRO's role in today’s business environment, particularly in the current context in Greece, as well as the key responsibilities associated with this role.
