Regarding the reports in the electronic press about the alleged interest of Eurobank Group in acquiring the Bulgarian bank First Investment Bank AD (“FIB”), Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A. (“Eurobank Holdings”) states that these reports do not reflect reality.

This announcement is published following the letter from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission dated 22.5.2024 on this matter.
