We inform you, by the principle of equal information for shareholders, that Performance Technologies S.A. (or "Company") is in advanced discussions to acquire a 5% stake in an Irish company developing specialized software for ​​strategic portfolio management and planning optimization, utilizing advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques. The total investment in the company's capital amounts to 500 thousand euros.

This strategic move aims to strengthen the Company's position in the market and expand its partnerships internationally. It is part of Performance Technologies S.A.'s investment plan for acquisitions and is expected to contribute decisively to its long-term growth strategy while offering value to its shareholders.

Details of the above participation terms will be provided in a further announcement upon its completion, which is estimated to be implemented by November 2024.
