As of October 16, 2024:  a) the trading of the 53,064,387 (CR) shares of the company "ATTICA BANK S.A." (GRS001003045), (par value of €0.05 per share) is suspended and the aforementioned shares are deleted from the OASIS Trading System, in order to be replaced by 530,644 new (CR) shares (par value of €5.00 per share), which resulted from the recent Reverse share Split. The start date of trading of the new shares, with final new par value of €0.05 per share, following the decrease in share par value is set at October 21, 2024, b) the shares of the same company are ex-rights, in terms of 677.4209451157461 new (CR) shares for every 1 old (CR) share held - with issue of 359,469,360 new (CR) shares - at an issue price of €1.87 per share, and c) the shares of the same company do not have the right to participate in the share capital increase with the issue of 359,469,360 Warrants and their conversion to 1,258,142,760 new (CR) shares, in terms of 1 Warrant is offered for each 1 new (CR) share resulting from the rights' issue under b), giving the right to its owner to convert 1 Warrant to 3.5 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €0.05 per new share. The start date of trading of the shares following the halt of trading due to the reverse share split, with new ISIN GRS001003052 and with adjusted start share price of €0.5240 is set at October 21, 2024.The rights' trading period is set from October 21, 2024, to October 30, 2024 (included). The rights' subscription period is set from October 21, 2024, to November 4, 2024 (included). The right's start of day price of October 21, 2024 is set at €210 and there are no daily ceiling / floor limits for the whole period of rights' trading. It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook, and to the decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in force, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session of October 21, 2024, are set as follows: +30% at the adjusted closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (15/10/2024), as it results following the reverse share split: €210.99 and -30% at the adjusted start share price, resulting from the subsequent share capital increases after the reverse share split: €0.5240.

The 22,222,222 new (CR) shares of the company "CENERGY HOLDINGS S.A." (BE0974303357) are admitted to trading on ATHEX following the share capital increase by waiving the old shareholders' pre-emption rights.
