Reconstitution of Audit Committee as a Body

Metlen Energy & Metals S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the Company's Audit Committee, which convened on September 1, 2024, appointed Mr. Anthony Bartzokas, one  of its existing members, as the new Chair.  The Committee has been reconstituted, with a term equal to that of the Board of Directors, as follows:

1. Anthony Bartzokas, Chair – independent, non - executive member of the Board of Directors,
2. Konstantina Mavraki, Member – independent, non - executive member of the Board of Directors, and
3. Alexios Pilavios, Member – independent,  non – executive member of the Board of Directors.
