«Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.» (ThPA S.A.) announces Mrs. Eirini Chadiari, Independent – Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Nominations Committee and the Remuneration Committee, has resigned for personal reasons.

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 10^th, 2024 will decide on the election of a new Board of Directors. After the election of the new Board of Directors by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and its formation in a body, the Committees of the Board of Directors will be elected.
