Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)
The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:
Wednesday, September 11th, 2024
Listing of 600,000 bonds of the Greek Treasury Bill, with issue date 06.09.2024, one year duration, ISIN GR0004137635, an annual interest rate of 2.82% and nominal value and nominal value of €1,000 each.
Thursday, September 12th, 2024
- Commencement of trading of 5,557,131 new common registered shares of "ATTICA BANK S.A." (ISIN: GRS001003045), which resulted from the share capital increase of the company realized due to the merger by acquisition of the non-listed company "PANCRETA BANK S.A.", according to the following shares΄ exchange ratios: a) each shareholder of "PANCRETA BANK S.A." exchanges each 1 share held, of par value of €0.50, with 0.0292156343836978 new common registered shares, of par value of €0.05 and b) the shareholders of "ATTICA BANK S.A." retain the number of shares held of par value €0.05.
- Commencement of trading of 12,337,225 new common registered shares of "EUROBANK ERGASIAS SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS323003012), which resulted from the share capital increase realized due to the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan, will be implemented.
