Announcement of the extension of the term of office of the Managing Director and three members of the Board of Directors.

EYATH S.A. with the decision No. 127/2024 of its Board of Directors, taken at its 8th meeting on 12 April 2024, announces that in accordance with Article 85 of Law 4548/18 and Article 13 of the Company's Articles of Association, the term of office of the following members is extended:

1. the Managing Director, Mr. Anthimos Amanatidis,

2. the non-executive member, Ms Aikaterini Tsikaloudaki

3. the independent non-executive member, Ms Sofia Ammanatidou, and

4. independent non-executive member, Ms Maria Petala,

which expires on 29/4/2024 until the date of convocation of the Annual General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders on 20/8/2024 and the adoption of the relevant resolution.
