The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, ascertained that all listing prerequisites are met and approved the listing of 13,968,683 common registered shares of "PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES S.A." (ISIN: GRS505003004)) on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, according to art. 2 par. 4 L.3371/2005, on condition that the company's prospectus will be approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
The listing of the company's shares on the Main Market will take place simultaneously with their delisting from EN.A.
The accurate timetable of the required procedures for the listing on the Main Market and for the delisting from EN.A., will be disclosed in a new announcement.
In addition, the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved the resignation from the Market Making capacity for the ATHEX Member "GREENPOST TRADING EUROPE LTD" on the Stocks of the listed companies "ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A.", "JUMBO S.A.", "NAT. BANK OF GREECE S.A.", "EUROBANK ERGASIAS SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A.", "HELLENIC TELECOM. ORG.", "MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A.", "METLEN ENERGY & METALS S.A.", "GREEK ORGANISATION OF FOOTBALL PROGNOSTICS S.A.", "PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A." and "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A.".
The last date of Market Making obligations will be on Friday, August 16th, 2024.
