The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved:

Following the Decision 1/1016/9.4.2024 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on the subject: "Temporary suspension of operation and initiation of license revocation procedure of the company ' CAPITAL SECURITIES S.A.' (LEI: 2138007PG2OUTZ3VRC44) pursuant to Article 89 of Law 4514/2018 and subparagraphs (c) and (d) of paragraph 1 of Article 8 of Law 4514/2018", and specifically regarding the application of the provisions of paragraph 5 thereof, the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) suspended the ability of entering Buy orders into the trading system of ATHEX and the access to Securities Lending Mechanism for the aforementioned company, with immediate effect.
