The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Thursday, June 20th, 2024

  • Commencement of trading of 80,000 new common registered shares of "OPTIMA BANK S.A." (ISIN: GRS533003000), following the share capital increase realized as a result of capitalization of part of undistributed profits, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution program, in accordance with the provisions of article 114 of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
  • Alteration in the name of "MYTILINEOS S.A." (ISIN: GRS393503008) to "Metlen Energy & Metals S.A." and of its distinctive title to "Metlen".

Monday, July 22nd, 2024

Commencement of trading of the shares of "ELLAKTOR S.A." (ISIN: GRS191213008) with final par value of €0.04 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.50 per share, as part of the equal increase and decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, July 23rd, 2024.
