Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved:

  • the resignation from the Market Making capacity for the ATHEX Member "ALPHA FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A." on the Stocks of the listed company "DIMAND S.A.". The last date of Market Making obligations will be on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024.
  • the acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the Stock Futures of "NAT. BANK OF GREECE S.A.", "ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A.", "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A.", "EUROBANK ERGASIAS SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A.", "LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A.", "PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A.", "METLEN ENERGY & METALS S.A.", "CENERGY HOLDINGS S.A." and "VIOHALCO SA/NV" for the ATHEX Member "VIGOR FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A." and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Wednesday, 28th August 2024.
