Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved:

  • the listing of 126,431,958 common registered shares of "NOVAL PROPERTY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY" (ISIN: GRS824003008) on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. The trading of shares will be taking place on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024.

 

  • The acquisition of a Market Making capacity for the shares of the company "AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG" from the ATHEX Member "EUROXX SECURITIES S.A." and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Monday, June 10th, 2024.
