Performance Technologies A.E. informs the investing public that after the start of trading of all its 13,968,683 ordinary registered shares on the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange from 31/7/2024, the obligated persons, i.e. the shareholders holding a percentage of more than 5% of the Company's shares, proceeded to disclose the percentages of their voting rights by Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission and Regulation (E.U.) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council.
