Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved:

  • the company "VIGOR FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A." as a Trading Member for the Securities and Derivatives Markets of Athens Stock Exchange.
  • the resignation from the Market Making capacity for the ATHEX Members "EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM SINGLE MEMBER S.A."  and "ALPHA FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A." on the Stocks of the listed company "ENTERSOFT S.A.". The last date of Market Making obligations will be on Friday, April 26th, 2024.
  • the acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the shares of "GR. SARANTIS S.A." and "THRACE PLASTICS HOLDING AND COMMERCIAL S.A." for the ATHEX Member "PIRAEUS SECURITIES S. A." and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Tuesday, 2nd April 2024.
