The Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, announces that the following will be implemented:

Thursday, May 2^nd, 2024

Commencement of trading of 10,430,969 new common registered shares and of 850,764 new preference registered shares of "INTERWOOD-XYLEMPORIA A.T.E.N.E." (ISIN: GRS131003006 (CR) & GRS131004004 (PR)), as a result of the share capital increase through a rights issue, realized in favour of existing shareholders of the company.

In addition, The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved the company "NUNTIUS BROKERAGE AND INVESTMENT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A." as a Trading Member for the Derivatives Markets of Athens Stock Exchange.
