The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, ascertained that all listing prerequisites are met, according to art. 2 par. 4 L.3371/2005, regarding the listing of "NOVAL PROPERTY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY" (ISIN: GRS824003008), on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, on condition that adequate free float of the company's shares will be achieved, according to the relevant provisions of the ATHEX Rulebook.

Additionally, the Listings and Market Operation Committee, following today's session, proceeded to the regular review for the reclassification of listed companies' shares in the ATHEX Trading Categories, in line with the ATHEX Rulebook, according to which no changes resulted in the existing trading categories of the shares of the listed companies.
