According to article 13 of L.3340/2005, article 6, par. 1 of the Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission no 3/347/2005 and the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange, «ATHENS MEDICAL CENTER SA» (hereby the “Company”) following a written announcement received on 4.10.2013, is informing the investors that the company «GA Holdings SA», which is a legal entity related to Mr. George V. Apostolopoulos, Christos G. Apostolopoulos and Vassilis G. Apostolopoulos, has acquired 12.764 shares of the Company on 3.10.2013, for a total of 10.211,20 Euro.
