In the Extraordinary General Assembly of 08.06.2012, the total amount of the deposited shares was 5.056.874, i.e. the 79,76% of the company's total share capital.

The attendees agreed and approved the election of the new Board of Directors consisted of the following members:

Executive members:

1.  Konstantinos Ph. Nakas, President

2.  George Ph. Nakas, Vice-President

3.  Stelios D. Vasilakis, Member

Independent - non-executive members:

1. Spiros A. Barbatos, Member

2. George P. Vergos, Member

The new Board of Directors has a 5-year tenure that ends on 30.06.2017.
