The Anonymous Company under the name «FLEXOPACK ANONYMOUS COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY» and with distinctive title «FLEXOPACK S.A.» (hereinafter the «Company») announces pursuant to article 19 paragraph 2 of the Law 3556/2007, and with respect to the annual Ordinary General Meeting of its shareholders, to be held on Friday the 29^th of June 2012 at 16:00 . at the registered offices of the Company situated at Koropi Attica (Position Tzima, rural road of Ifaistou) that it intends to amend articles 23, 24, 25, 33 and 34 of its Articles of Association, pursuant to the Draft of the Amendment of the Articles of Association of the Company which is available in electronic form at the Company's website (http://www.flexopack.gr) and at the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (http://www.ase.gr).
