Following the relevant deletion of the shares of the company EMPHASIS S.A. on March 21, 2005-without their immediate replacement from other shares-from the Composite Index of the Parallel Market, the Total Return Index of the Parallel Market and the High Velocity Index, and in accordance with §10.1.1 of the Ground Rules for the Management and Operation of Indices of the Securities Market of the ATHEX, after the close of the ATHEX trading session today, the following additions will be realized in the composition of the aforementioned indices. More specifically:

• In the Composite Index and Total Return Index of the Parallel Market the shares of the company J.KLOUKINAS-J.LAPPAS S.A. will be added.

• In the High Velocity Index, the shares of the company BABIS VOVOS INT''L TECHNICAL CO. S.A. will be weighted by 100%.

The addition of shares from the said indices will be carried out after the close of the trading session today.
