Due to the resolution of the ATHEX BoD on 28.2.2005 concerning the classification of the shares of the company THEMELIODOMI S.A. in the ''under supervision'' trading status'' as of 1.3.2005, the instant erasure of the shares of the company from the Indices its participates, is provided.

More specifically:

• The shares of the company THEMELIODOMI S.A. are erased from the FTSE/ASE SmallCap 80 and they are replaced by the shares of the company NIREFS S.A., weighted by 75%.

• The shares of the company THEMELIODOMI S.A. are erased from FTSE/ASE 140 and they are replaced by the shares of the company NIREFS S.A., weighted by 75%.

The replacement will take place after the end of the trading session of the ATHEX on 28.2.2005
