Due to the decision of the ATHEX Board of Directors to place as of 4/03/2005, the shares of the company "FANCO S.A." under supervision, the direct erasure of its shares from the Indices in which it participates is provided.

More specifically:

• The shares of the company "FANCO S.A." are erased from the High Velocity Index and are replaced by the shares of the company "VETERIN S.A.." weighted by 100%.

• The shares of the company "FANCO S.A." are erased from the Industrial Index and are replaced by the shares of the company "EL. D. MOYZAKIS S.A.".

The replacement will be in effect after the close of the trading session of the ATHEX on 03/03/2005.
