Due to the transfer on 13 April 2004 of the shares of the companies VARVARESSOS S.A. EUROPEAN SPINNING MILLS S.A. (CB), ALFA ALFA ENERGY S.A. (CR) and MEDICON HELLAS S.A. (CR) from the 5-hour continuous trading status to the 3-hour trading status, the erasure of the specific shares from the Indices they participate, is provided.

More specifically:

• The share of VARVARESSOS S.A. EUROPEAN SPINNING MILLS S.A. (CB) is erased from the ATHEX Textiles Price Index and is replaced by the share of MAXIM C.M. PERTSINIDIS (CB)

• The share of MEDICON HELLAS S.A. (CR) is erased from the ATHEX Wholesale Commerce Price Index and is replaced by the share of DIONIC (CR)

• The share of ALFA LAFA ENERGY S.A. (CB) is erased from the ATHEX Industrial Price Index and is replaced by the share of FIERATEX S.A.

• The share of ALFA LAFA ENERGY S.A. (CB) is erased from the ATHEX Non-Metallic Minerals & Cement Price Index and it is not replaced by any other share.

The changes in the Indices will take place after the end of the trading session of 8.4.2004.
