After the announcement of Alpha Bank S.A. concerning the expiration of the Acceptance Period of the Tender Offer, which resulted in the accumulation of the 98.19% of the shares of the company Alpha Leasing S.A., the share of the latter is erased from the FTSE/ASE Mid 40 index as well as from FTSE/ASE All 140 Index.

More specifically, the following changes will take place:

• The share of ALPHA LEASING S.A. is erased from the FTSE/ASE Mid 40 and is replaced by the share of the company PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A.

• The share of the company PLAISIO COMPUTER S.A. due to its promotion in the FTSE/ASE Mid 40 Index from the FTSE/ASE SmallCap 80 index is replaced by the share of the company EURODRIP S.A. weighted by 30%.

• The share of the company ALPHA LEASING S.A. is erased from the FTSE/ASE All 140 Index and is replaced by the share of the company EURODRIP S.A., weighted by 30%.

The replacement will take place after the end of the trading session of 22.4.2004
