Following the decision of the ATHEX Board of Directors on 18.11.2004, regarding the transfer of the shares of the Company P.KOTSOBOLOS S.A. to "Market B" (Low Liquidity Market), the shares of the Company will be erased from every index they participate in.

In particular the following changes will take place:

• The share of the Company P.KOTSOBOLOS S.A. will be deleted from the Index FTSE/ASE SmallCap 80 and will be replaced by the share of the Company PIRAEUS LEASING S.A. with weight percentage of 20%. The shares of the Company PIRAEUS LEASING S.A. have the highest ranking among the shares that will be included in the FTSE/ASE SmallCap 80, in accordance to the six-month review of the FTSE indices effective on 1.12.2004.

• The share of P.KOTSOBOLOS S.A. will be deleted from the FTSE/ASE 140 and will be replaced by the share of PIRAEUS LEASING S.A. with weight percentage of 20%. The shares of the Company PIRAEUS LEASING S.A. have the highest ranking among the shares that will be included in the FTSE/ASE 140, in accordance to the six-month review of the FTSE indices effective on 1.12.2004.

• The share of P.KOTSOBOLOS S.A. will be deleted from the ATHEX Parallel Market Price Index and will be replaced by the share CRETE PLASTICS S.A.

• The share of P.KOTSOBOLOS S.A. will be deleted from the ATHEX Total Return Parallel Market Index and will be replaced by the share CRETE PLASTICS S.A.

• The share of P.KOTSOBOLOS S.A. will be deleted from the ATHEX Retail Trade Index and will be replaced by the share of ILEKTRONIKI ATHINON S.A.

The replacement will take place after the end of the trading session on 19.11.2004
