Thessaloniki Port Authority sa announces the financial calendar for the year 2013 in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook:

Approval from the Board of Directors / Thpa sa - Announcement of the financial statements of Thpa sa, for the corporate use 2012 Thursday, 28 March  2013.

 Publication of the annual financial statements of Thpa sa, for the corporate use 2012, Friday 29 March 2013.

Presentation of the company's financial results to analysts Thursday, 16 May 2013.

Annual General Shareholders Meeting Wednesday, 12 June 2013.

Ex-dividend date Wednesday, 17 July 2013.

Dividend beneficiaries "Record date" Friday, 19 July 2013.
The dividend payment will start on Tuesday, 23 July 2013.
