Following the respective request of the Capital Market Commission due to the recent developments inCyprus, we would like to inform our investors that our daughter company NAKAS MUSIC CYPRUS LTD., established in Cyprus, keeps a bank account only in ALPHA BANK CYPRUS and the total amount of its deposits is under 100.000,00€.  The company does not own shares or bonds of Bank of Cyprus and CPB.

Αt the year ended in 30.06.2012 the turnover of NAKAS MUSIC CYPRUS LTD. corresponds to 2,34% of the Group's total turnover and during the latest 6-month results of 31.12.2012 the amount corresponds to 2,37% of the Group's total turnover. 

It is too early for any estimation, however, considering all the above mentioned factors, we believe that there will not be any substantial modification in the results and the financial position of the Group.
