The recent sale of the shares of the company COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. by the company TELENOR B INVEST AS and the increase of the free float percentage of the shares of COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. will increase the weighting percentage from 20% to 40% of its shares on the indices, in which it participates, namely, the FTSE/ASE 20 & FTSE/ASE 140 indices.

The new weighting percentage of the shares of the company COSMOTE-MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. will become effective after the close of the ATHEX trading session on March 19, 2004.
