In response to a question from the SEC and the investing public the company DROMEAS SA announces that:

a)         There are no existing deposits of the Group DROMEAS to banks located inCyprus.

b)         There are no existing transferable securities (shares, bonds) or financial instruments of the Group DROMEAS in banks of Cyprus.

c)         The percentage of turnover of the Group DROMEAS inCyprusin 2012 was 0%.

d)         The turnover of the group DROMEAS will not suffer major impact of the problems inCyprus

The Management Board
