The BoD of DROMEAS SA notifies that today, 04/06/13, it was signed a common bond loan contract amounting €20.153.200 between the Company and the Banks:

-          ATTICA BANK  ΑΤΕ

-          NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA

-          EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE SA

-          EUROBANK ERGASIAS BANK SA

-          PIRAEUS BANK SA

Organizers of the said loan are the Banks EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE SA, PIRAEUS BANK SA & EUROBANK ERGASIAS BANK SA, while as the representative of the bondholders and payments manager is defined the EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE SA.

The BoD of DROMEAS SA thanks the Administration and the executives of the Banks, which participated to the completion of the syndicated loan.
