Q1 2013 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

CENTRIC HOLDINGS S.A. announces that the Financial Data and Information and the Interim Financial Statements for the period 01/01/2013 till 31/03/2013 according to IFRS, will be available on Thursday May 30, 2013 at the company's website www.centric.gr as well as the website of the Athens Exchange www.athex.gr the same day prior to the opening of the Athens Exchange trading session.
