ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FINANCIAL CALENDAR CHANGE 2013

The company «PAPAPANAGIOTOU S.A.» and the distinctive title «DROMEAS SA» announces that following the 02/04/13 announcement which refers to the financial calendar of the use 2013 (according to the article 4.1.4.3.1. of the Stock Exchange), commons to the investing public that the annual ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders will take place on Tuesday 25/06/2013, at the premises  of the company in the Industrial Area  of Serres, instead of  28 of May 2013, as it was initially reported at the financial calendar.
