“Dromeas” announces the financial calendar for the year 2013 pursuant

to Article 4.1.4.3.1. of the ATHEX Rulebook as follows.

1.Αnnouncement of  2012 financial statements in ASE March 28,2013

2.Submitting 2012 income statement to the company site (www.dromeas.gr),  on  March 28, 2013.

3.Annual General Meeting , Tuesday 28 May 2013. The company will not

Distribute a dividend for the year 2012.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after an on time

Notice of the public, with the amendment of the above.
