1.    On 21.05.2013 it sold 80,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR510,503.20

In addition, Eurobank Ergasias S.A. notified the company on 24.05.2013 that:

The above transactions by Eurobank Ergasias S.A took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank Ergasias S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank Ergasias S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
