According to L. 3340/2005 and article 2 of the decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Athens Medical Center SA announces the replacement of the late non – executive member of the Board of Directors - Jochen Guenter Paul Schmidt, with Dr Jorn Olaf Hirschmann for the remaining of its term.
