DECISIONS OF EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

The Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of HELLENIC EXCHANGES HOLDING S.A. has approved the acquisition by HELEX of 29,69% of its subsidiary "Central Securities Depository", (CSD). This stake is held by minority shareholders that are, at the same time, founding shareholders of HELEX. At the same time, it was decided to sell, out of the 5,250,000 treasury shares held currently by HELEX, 4,392,290 shares to the CSD minority shareholders. Following the completion of the above-mentioned transactions, HELEX control of the CSD will amount to 100%.
