ANNOUNCEMENT

PAYMENT DATE FOR THE INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2000

30 November 2000 - The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting of 14.11.2000 decided among others to distribute an interim dividend amounting to 65 (sixty five) drachmas per share.

Beneficiaries of the interim dividend are the shareholders of the Company at the close of the trading session at ASE on December 14th 2000, as indicated in the shareholder registry of the Company. Starting on December 15th 2000, the ex-date of the interim dividend, the shares of the Company will trade at ASE without the right to collect the interim dividend.

Payment of the interim dividend will commence on January 8th 2001, when the cheques are mailed to the beneficiaries' addresses that have been declared at the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS).
