13 September 2006 - Due to the lack of the required, by law and the company's Articles of Association, quorum at today's 1st Repetitive General Meeting of HELEX, the discussion of the daily agenda, concerning the modifications of article 1 (Incorporation, Name, Commercial Name) and article 2 (Purpose of the Company) of the Company's Articles of Association, was cancelled.

After the end of the General Meeting, the Board of Directors of HELEX met and has convened a 2nd Repetitive General Meeting for Tuesday September 26th 2006, at 17:00, at the former trading floor of Athens Exchange (10 Sofokleous St.).
