The Athens Stock Exchange announces that according to the Ground Rules for the Management & Calculation of the ATHEX Index Series, the shares of the company "Athens International Airport SA (AIA)" will be included in the composition of the indices:
- ATHEX Composite Price Index
- ATHEX Total Return Composite Index.
from the session of Monday February 12th, 2024, increasing the number of constituents in the composition of each index to sixty-one (61) until the next regular review of their composition.

- Number of Shares: 300,000,000
- Free Float: 19%
- Capping Factor: 1.0
- Price: Close price of February 9th, 2024
The changes will be implemented after the close of business on Friday February 9th, 2024.
