Following the completion of the offering by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund of the shares of the company "Piraeus Financial Holdings SA", the Athens Stock Exchange announces the change of the investability weight (Free Float) of the company from 55% to 82% in the indices in which it the shares of the company participates.

The change will affect the composition of the following indices:

  • ATHEX Composite Price Index
  • ATHEX Total Return Composite Index.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap
  • FTSE/ATHEX Market
  • FTSE/ATHEX Banks
  • FTSE/ATHEX Financials Services

Moreover, the Weight Factor of the company in the ATHEX ESG Index will change from 49.47% to 73.75%.

All changes will be effective from the session of Tuesday March 12th, 2024.
