Quest Holdings SA. informs that through its 100% indirect subsidiary company "KINIGOS  S.A." (Renewable Energy Production segment) on January 5^th, 2024 completed the acquisition of the assets of photovoltaic power plant  with a capacity of 4,48MW which operate within the Industrial Area of Petraia, Municipality of Anthemion, Prefecture of Pellas, for the total consideration of €7,7 million.

With the above acquisition, the installed capacity of the (RES) Electricity Generation Stations of the energy arm of Quest Group, amounts to 39,3MW.
