Notification of Changes of Senior Managers

TRADE ESTATES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY announces the appointment of Mr. Andreas Skyrlas to the position of Chief Financial Officer, with starting date on February 5th, 2024.

Mr. Skyrlas has 20 years of experience in managerial positions and has successfully worked in large Greek and multinational companies-groups such as Magneti Marelli Hellas SA - FIAT Group, PNG Gerolymatos AE, Gerolymatos Cosmetics AE, Shiseido Hellas SA, Folli Follie Group, REDS SA - ELLAKTOR Group as CFO and Director of Strategic Planning.

Mr. Skyrlas is a graduate of the Universita di Bologna in Bologna, Italy, where he studied Business Economics and holds an MBA degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business - AUEB.
