Τhe Board of Directors of "Loulis Food Ingredients" has accepted the resignation of Mr. Gianluca Fabbri, after his departure from “Al Dahra Agriculture” and Mr. Arnoud van den Berg has been appointed in his place as member of the board.

Mr. Arnoud van den Berg, CEO of Al Dahra Agriculture, has extensive experience in leadership management roles in both the agri-food and consulting sector. Noteworthy are his 15-year long experience at the multinational food company "Friesland Campina," as well as his 11-year tenure at the internationally renowned consulting firm "Boston Consulting Group” where he focused on corporate strategy.

Mr. Nikos Loulis, Chairman of Loulis Food Ingredients, stated: "I am very pleased as my commitment to a strong and effective corporate governance is further translated into action with the addition of Mr. Arnoud van den Berg to our Board of Directors.
